Evenings, Embodiment & Exploration
Evenings at Wildwood are intentionally unstructured. After full days of learning and hands-on practice, time is left open for rest, integration, embodiment, and exploration. Attendees are invited to use the space, amenities, and surrounding area in ways that best support their nervous system and personal rhythm.
No formal evening classes are scheduled. This time is designed to support restoration, autonomy, and integration.
On-Site Retreat Amenities
The retreat cabin offers multiple spaces for relaxation, gathering, and personal practice during evening hours.

Indoor common areas for rest or gathering
Pool table and shared recreation spaces
Attendees are welcome to move freely throughout the property and choose spaces that best support rest or quiet engagement.
Evening Embodiment & Personal Practice
Evening hours may be used for gentle movement, self-treatment, journaling, integration work, or quiet rest. Attendees are welcome to set up personal practice anywhere in the cabin or on the outdoor decks.
This time is intentionally left open to support nervous system regulation and individual integration. Participation is optional and self-directed.

The retreat is located near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, offering access to restaurants, shows, shops, and local attractions. Attendees are welcome to explore the area during free evening hours at their own discretion.

A Note on Evening Flow
Evenings are designed to remain spacious and flexible. Attendees are encouraged to listen to their bodies, rest as needed, and engage only in what feels supportive.
There is no expectation to attend all experiences or participate in group activities during this time.
